How to delete old unwanted ASCP instance after cloning of source instance?

Hello Experts,

We are using Distributed environement , in which source(EBS) instance on 11i and Desination(APS) instance on R12.

Before cloning its working fine.

but after cloning i need to delete unwanted instance and define new instance.

so please suggest me how i proceed in detail?
