How to use Incremental Backflush with Lot Number Configured in Batch Transaction

Dear Kindness Community,

I have problem transaction in Batch Details using Oracle "Incremental Backflush" which have configured Lot number. I set Lot Number in Organization Level with Auto generate. Can I still using Incremental Backflush in Batch Details? I had a lot of ingredient which I must Transact if using Transact Manual with single product. Anyone can Help? and Give me Suggestion.
