Multiple copies not printing from E1

Hello Team,

We have an issue where the user is entering multiple copies while submitting a report from JDE on to the AS400 enterprise server, but the output is only 1 copy.

I verified the Printer Definition Language and it is JDE *PS. I know there are any known issues with printing multiple copies for other conversion programs like JDE *PDF, but not sure what's missing here and if I'm looking in the right place.

JDE 9.1

TR 9.1.5.3

AS400 V7R1

Any help is much appreciated.
