ECE PREPAID USAGE-BALANCE ELEMENT ISSUE

Hi,

Problem : Issue in doing prepaid usage for SMS, after recharging the account with Rs.220.0 INR and then doing usage the balance which is supposed to be deducted from 220.0 instead a new balance bucket is created and charging from it.Please find the attached screen shot for more information   

But this problem is not existing in case Free currency resource
