Oracle Advance Compression

We have Oracle 11.2.0.4.
The datafiles are 145GB on a location of 200GB. On the same location the archive logs are spawned. Some days I have to delete archive logs manually to save space. The archive logs are also spawned on another location. We do not use FRA. We cannot add more space on the server and we cannot buy a new machine.

  So I though the solution to my problem would be the Advance Compression. All the non system users save data on the USERS tablespace. I thought of the following plan:

1) Export the database.

2) Drop all the non system users.
