uninstall deinstall 11g client from Windows 7

For one I'm bringing up this - maybe often asked question - again is because the search function didn't any useful results, secondly

in the vein of testing a Windows 7 client I had some mess between instant_client and normal 11g client, I wanted to get rid from the 11g client

without any residues.

The installation assistant didn't allow for deinstalling the product .

At least I could not manage it.

So where do I find a working deinstaller?

Other question: Do 11g clients work against 12c servers? Other way around, do 12c clients work against older (11g) servers?
