Load won't load more than one asset with multifunding

We would like to load some assets using the Excel - CI process.  These assets have multiple funding lines.  After loading one asset to the module, the next asset with multi-funding that we try to load (AMIF1000) goes to error.  We have tried using different interface ids, different business units, and obviously different asset ids and tag numbers.  However nothing seems to help.  When the system is refreshed, we can again load one asset with multi-funding and then will get error when the next one is loaded (AMIF1000).  Is there a switch someplace that gets set that is causing this
