Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Issue in Siebel Mobile in Offline mode in IP2015

Hi,

We have set up Siebel Mobile in offline mode for sales application in IP 2015.

We are facing few issues as mentioned below and during inspect element found to be error in certain vanilla js files.

Could you please help us investigate the root cause of this as to whether it is some issue in setting up the environment or some product issue.

Please note this is completely vanilla environment and no customization done.

Opportunity screen is not loading in mobile app in offline mode --> error observed in utils.js file.
Unable create activity because of required category fields in not available, when in offline mode.
