Essbase migration error

Hi Gurus,

I have problem regarding migration.I migrated a Planning application and it worked well on the workspace

But when  I tried to migrate the same application onto essbase server , it gives me an error such as below

Network error [110]: unable to connect to {server name:1423}. the client timed out waiting to connect to Essbase agent using TCP/IP. Check your Network connections.Also Make sure that the server and the porrt vales are correct.

Please help me out.
