How should I configure my domain(s) to run capture on my windows machine and all other content appli

Hi, my client wants to use the recognition server part of Capture. That means it needs to run on Windows. The other parts of the Webcenter Content are all on Linux. There is a single node for Linux and a single node for Windows. I was hoping to create a domain on Linux that would include the windows capture server but I'm told a weblogic domain can't run across different types of platforms. Presumably best practice (and possibly the only option) is to create two different domains for each platform. Is that right? (Apologies if it seems a rather stupid
