Is it possible to update the Tax Rate Code name once it is saved in ebTax?

Our users created Tax Rate Codes with incorrect names.  Once saved, the field is grayed out from the application.

Can this be updated in the backend?  Thinking about updating the zx_rates_b table but would like to hear from the community if this is doable first.  If so, what else should we be aware of (i.e. other tables, etc)?
