How to monitor total memory used in every 10-30 min by each database for 2 weeks?

Dear Oracle,

I have two Oracle databases on separated windows 64bit 2012 server box, 11g R2 and 12c.

Since performance issues during running a sql statement, which had a file-process on server hard drive, I asked SA for increasing server memory and see if the issue can be fixed.

I was not sure it the issue was server RAM, Oracle memory or others. However, the same sql statement was running well on another 11g database server (same database for testing).

I would like to monitor total memory used, every 10-30 min, by each database for 2 weeks.

Please advise. Thank you for help
