Average Cost with Zero Quantity

We are getting ready to go live with a third party EAM package (INFOR) and we are also using their inventory module and transferring the inventory transactions from INFOR inventory to Oracle inventory at which time they will be costed (we use the existing average cost from Oracle). One of our issues is that we will not have good inventory numbers at go live which will cause us to load zero quantities for items although we do have valid average costs for them (our inventory balances are over a year old).
