License for Bill of Material (BOM) module and other details

Dears,

We are using Oracle P2P and O2C modules currently in our Organization.I would like to check if we have License for Bill of Material (BOM) module.Can any one guide me how to check the same.

I also have following queries

1. Can we buy License for stand alone Bill of Material (BOM) module or it comes with other modules like WIP as a package.

2. Is license for BOM is related to Number of users(License/User)

Appreciate sooner response from experts.
