Why is the MRPD Item Display Code in the F4102 table being updated when using the F4101Z1?

Hi All,

I am trying to use the P4101Z1 to update items in the master and branch tables (F4101 and F4102).  However, there is a field MRPD Item Display Code in the F4102 table that gets updated when I am using the P4101Z1.

  1. Do you know what this field is used for apart from data selection in R3450?
  2. Where I can find it on the Item/Branch record? Or is it hidden on the Item/Branch?
  3. How can I stop the interoperability process from updating this filed to a value of 2, despite me leaving it as "Blank"?
  4. What are the implications of leaving these updated records with a MRPD value =2, even though I do not want it?
