I am trying to download JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Advanced CNC Functions Rel 8.98 Self-Study Course it is asking about password to unlock but i am already a oracle customer

so my question is if i fill the details of my identifier then i can download or not ?

or is it extra chargeable?
