Gross weight and net weight wrongly populated on the Shipping Transaction Form - Delivery details

Version oracle 11.5.10.2

We are using Oracle WMS and packing work bench to pack LPNs. The gross weight entered on the Packing Workbench gets updated on the Net weight field on the Shipping Transaction From delivery details. The gross weight is then calculated by adding tare weight to the net weight. How can we fix this. Do we have a work around or patch?

Examples:

Gross weight updated on Packing Work bench = 8.00 kg

Tare weight = 0.25 kg

On Delivery details (actual)

Net weight = 8.00 Kg

Tare weight = 0.25 kg

Gross weight = 8.25 kg

On Delivery details (expected)

Net weight = 7.75 Kg

Tare weight = 0.25 kg

Gross weight = 8.00 kg
