Run Data Collection for the first time - Error

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to Run Collections for the First Time in a New Instance. I'm following this note: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E26401_01/doc.122/e48791/T578797T578806.htm

However I'm getting these errors:

-> Planning Data Collection (Request Set Planning Data Collection)

  • Request Details:

The set completed normally with outcome Error.

The outcome was determined by the stage Planning Data Pull.

  • Results:

This request finished with an error and produced the following completion message: The set completed normally with outcome Error.

The outcome was determined by the stage Planning Data Pull.

  • Request Details:

Concurrent Manager encountered an error while attempting to start your immediate concurrent program MSCPDP. Routine &ROUTINE received a return code of failure.
