Sequence of string selection while using Order by clause

Hi Team,

I want to know from you about that when user sorting the data using UI on Account Name List column either ascending or descending order.

How do we know the priorities of strings like Capital letters having string greater than small letters contained string. (RANTKAR > ratnakar)

Do we have any order of selection of strings & how do I capture the related spool file.

Please let me know in case of any queries on the same.
