Likely to miss customer commitment - Any report in Sales Order module is available?

We want to monitor 'likely to miss" customer commitment in terms of delivery. Any report in SO module is available? possibly, can provide ageing in days. If there is no such report or inquiry then we would like to develop one. Which date shall we use Scheduled Pick date or Promised Delivery Date?
