Hello

3 weeks ago my company Oracle DB (10.2.0.4)  had crashed due to the matrix failure. Unfortunatelly systemf00 was there (on failed matrix), but after few days we had recover DB and made it running. During that time we had to repair (manually) corrupted system sequences by initializing them from the start value . I think this is important aspect because since our incident we have problem with MGW that runs on CLOB columns. If column value is not null then (often but not always) INSERT and CTAS crashes with ORA-00600 [7999][9][1][12]. Unfortunatelly, since DB 10 is no longer supported, I
