Maintain target stock for one line of business.

Hi I have many lines of business planned to through ASCP. The items are used across and country level central warehouses fulfill the demand. During distribution I want to give preference to specific line of business which is a separate warehouse. Also want to maintain target stock in that warehouse even though SO/ forecast demand will not be there from that warehouse. Business is okay with safety stock demand. On the other side there will be SO for same item from other warehouses.

Please let me know if it is possible.
