Is it possibile to personalizae FNDMENU

Hi,

             I want to personalize the FNDMENU as I have to call another form depending on the user logged in.

       

             My situation is , We have a 'Payables User' responsibility and many users have access to this responsibility. We need to grant access to 'Create Supplier' function to only of those users.

             I can very well do this by creating a new responsibility and menu. But I am trying to use existing responsibility and add the 'Create Supplier' function to existing menu and make it accessible to only one user.

             I sort of did it using personalization but for that , I have to open another form first , then the 'SPECIAL' menu shows the new menu I created.
