Luxury Auto Depreciation Setup for Tax

JDE E1 9.1 does not provide depreciation methods for luxury autos due the annual limits changing every year. I am looking at converting our fixed assets from FAS. It looks like FAS has built in limitations based on year placed in service.

Oracle states the deprecation method 10 must be user defined setup. Has any one dealt with this issue before?. I did see any example document for 50% bonus, but have no idea where the factors and percentages were coming from.

Basically I have no idea how to set this up or how to proceed.
