Can we create a new lookup code exactly simliar to Receipt write off under ACTIVITY_APPS which is a

Hi,

Can we create a new lookup code exactly similar to Receipt Write Off(RCPT_WRITE_OFF) under ACTIVITY_APPS lookup type which is standard one ?

If yes , How can I create?

The create button is disabled.

Will there be any impact on other elements if we try to create a new one?

Please let me know.
