Copy of sales order copies over the URCD field in F4211

When used with Customer Service Inquiry (P4210 or P42101) to create a new sales order from a previously created sales order( using COPY button) ,URCD field in F4211 is copied over from the previous order to the new 'copied' order. Is this standard. Can this is be avoided.
