How is DEPR_RPT populated

Hi,

How is the depreciation reporting table populated?

I noticed that some assets with a cost are not on DEPR_RPT even though the table was loaded and there are rows on DEPRECIATION record for that asset.  

Additionally, would retired assets still be getting pulled into the DEPR_RPT record?  I have seen assets that have been retired many years ago still on DEPR_RPT, but with $0 amounts for years subsequent to the retirement.
