Rollover - Vacation

We had an issue in 9.1 processing a payroll the first payroll after a 3 pay period month.  Severity 3  SR 3-11686844901.  The issue was a  bug fix, requiring an ESU.

We were unable to add the ESU and test before the deadline of the payroll processing.  DBA's were not calculated and were manually fixed.  Now as we come to the end of the year and are planning  the rollovers for payrolls, we have about 700 employees that did not have vacation accruals added for this specific pay period, this was not identified until after the payroll was finalized.  Is there a way to mass fix this by the table directly?
