9.2 Demo install, E1Local fails with Java Error

I am trying to install 9.2 demo on my machine and am windows 8.1.

I have installed the JDK 1.7.80 and SDK which are pre-requisites the installation of OEE 12c (local DB) is aborting with Java error. Java stopped working and stops the install process.

Please help and advice. The certification tab says Java 1.7.x works but its not helping here.
