E1 9.2 Demo Install error

I am trying to install 9.2 Demo on my and having a few issues. I am on windows 8.1, JDK 1.7.80 is installed, SDK is installed, VS 2010 is installed. Web logic is installed is complete.

When installing the OEE 12c setup get a pop up that Java stopped working and install aborts.

Please advice.
