Pay Modeling

Hi, can anyone tell me what functionality there is as standard within EBS/Oracle for pay modelling based on performance scores within the Talent and Performance modules.

I.e. if 50% of the workforce scored a 3 what would the affect be on the pay if this equated to a 1% bonus/pay rise

Also what does anyone know what the standard scoring is within Talent and Performance, is it based on a 3 criteria score or more.  The OBIEE out of the box reports are based on 3.
