Receiving ORA-00227 during the creation of the database

Hi,

I received an ORA-00227 (block corruption) when I tried to create a   new RAC  database (11.2.0.4) on 2 nodes cluster. I've installed Oracle linux 6.7 with asmlib. The clusterware is working fine, cluvfy healthchek returned no error.  What I should verify to fix this issue ?
