Unable to Link Payment Process Profile (PPP) to bank account in 12.1.1

Hi ,

We have done upgrade from 12.0.4 to 12.1.1, after upgrade we have defined  one new bank account and want to use it in Payable.

We have linked Payment Method and Payment document but we are unable to link it Payment Process Profile, option which was available in 12.0.4

Is there an alternate as when I am trying to use this bank account in payment LOV for Payment process Profile does not pop up even document LOV does not pop up.

I am using same old Payment method which is already linked to PPP.

Can anybody guide me on this issue?
