Contact center- Include the option to search by Lot number and retrieve SR/RO
Hi
We are R12.1.3
In the lookup CSC_CC_DEFAULT_SERVICE_KEY- we included the LOT_NUMBER as well.
In Contact Center - search by option,i would see lot number as an option.Typed in the Lot number which was existing in the system and it did not retrieve the service request -repair order-which has got lot number associated with it.
Could you please advise how to achieve the above?
