Apply charges to a quote

HI,

I'm trying to apply charges to a quote but with no success. I already created a modifier according to "Manual Charge On The Quote Line Not Working (Doc ID 729586.1)".

I've set the correct profile options as well.

The path i took to create a quote:

Quoting HTML -> Filled Header with required info -> Add Product -> Update (line) -> Pricing -> Add Charges. When i query the charge i created, the LOV does not show values.

Any suggestion?
