Current cost type is getting removed while doing 'Supply Chain Cost Rollup'

Hi All,

1)

I am doing 'Supply Chain Cost Rollup' for some item with 'Current' cost type.

In parameters, I'm entering 'effective date = 31st-Dec-2049 23:59:59'

Result > Current cost type is getting removed from item cost form

2)

I am doing 'Supply Chain Cost Rollup' for some item with 'Current' cost type.

In parameters, I'm entering 'effective date = Any other FUTURE date (lesser than date from 2049)

Result > Current cost type is there on item cost form

Why system is giving different behaviors in above 2 cases? Any justifiable reason/ Metalink note id?
