Depot Repair - The application usage mode profile value is not set up

Hi all,

We are facing Issue when we are trying to create a depot repair service request. The error says "the application usage mode profile value is not set up", I checked with the setup document of oracle and all the profile options are mapped correctly. Also the business process used is of depot repair type.

Can you please explain when this issue is raised and how to resolve this. any help or pointers to resolve will be extremely helpful.
