How to hide cancel action menu from sales order form through from personalize

Hi,

after we book sales order,we will enter sales order details in custom form.it is our custom solutions.some time by mistake user cancelled sales order line,it affecting custom form.how to restrict cancel action through form personalize. please advice me.
