Oracle iProcurement - Deliver To Location

This is a two part question:

1) We have a signifcant number of Work At Home associates for which we manually set up their Deliver To address.  In addition, for associates who work in an office, the Deliver To Location defaults to their Payroll Location rather than their Internal Work Location. Is it possible to have the Deliver To Location automatically populate based on the following criteria?  (a) The Internal Work Location if the associate works in an office or (2) the address on their payslip if they are a WAH associate.

2) In the Deliver To Location window, display the Address rather than the Location.
