WEB ADI R12 Problems with list of values on fields

Hi:

We are having a problem in a desktop with Windows 7 and Excel 2010. In other desktop with same configuration run ok

The web adi document is created ok. I open excel enable macros and it open ok.

The problem is when I try see list of values on fields. Not appear any value

For example field Ledger, but it appears in all fields

I set:

File-->Options-->Trust Center--> Click on Trust Center Settings

select Macro Settings -->Enable the check box Trust Access to the VBA Project Object Model

But the problem persists
