IP15 PatchSet6 Issues

Hi all

Just wondering if anybody has applied PatchSet6 for Siebel IP15 successfully yet?  I applied it to my development environment yesterday and everything seemed to go fine.  I did the rollback of the PatchSet4 as directed before I applied PatchSet6.  It rolled back fine, the install of PatchSet6 ran fine, lsinventory shows that everything is at 15.6.0.0.  there are no errors in any of the logs.  My problem is with the HI client.  I cannot start it because of the ActiveX controls keep saying that I have the wrong version.  I have predeployed them from the dev server, same problem.  I
