How do i remove the decimals points from an RTF document on file trailer

I am working on creating an RTF template for ACh Payments and in the file trailer it is putting a decimal point and i need this to be change to not using the decimal point. For example i have a file trailer and it is currently populating the following 69642.38. however i need it to populate like this 6964238. Below is the row in the file trailer secition of the RTF wondering what i am missing 59 18 Number L, ‘0‘ InstructionTotals/TotalPaymentAmount/Value Payment Amount Control Total
