Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Customer type is NULL of an order in hz_cust_accounts table

Hi,

I am facing an issue while collecting sales order information from source (EBS) to destination (planning server)

The customer type of an order is null in hz_cust_accounts table and as a result we are unable to collect that order details in planning server.

Could you please give me some pointers, why is it null while I am expecting it to be either 'I' or 'R'.
