is there a need to run revaluation before translation?

if revaluation is run to revalue foreign currency trx at period-end.. does it have to be run before we run translation..

First revaluation - foreign revalue to functional ?

Then Translation -- Functional translate to reporting

is it safe to say.. the above process is correct?

anyone who has good business idea on this, please advise..
