SR-Charges- Request date on the sales order line-always the initial order creation date

Hi


Day 1
Created a SR

in Charges-selected a charge line activity and submitted the charges-it generated the sales order with bill only line type .

Sales order creation date was 1-dec-2015 and line item request date was 01-dec-2015


Day 10

In the same SR

in Charges-selected another charge line activity and submitted the charges-it generated the sales order with bill only line type.

Sales order creation date was 1-dec-2015 and line item request date was 01-dec-2015---This is the problem

We wanted the request date on the line to be 10-dec-2015

Please advise why the request date is not populated with 10-dec-2015?
