Oracle R12 guarantee deduction of asset in Oracle AP, FA and GL

How is managed guarantee deduction for asset in standard within AP, FA and GL module Oracle EBS R12 ?

Is it through withholding tax ?

Could you please send me accounting entries of withholding tax invoices related to asset invoices in AP, FA and GL modules ?
