Oracle EBS R12 FA - Update of date placed in service

In Oracle EBS R12, is it possible to update the date placed in service of a capatalized asset after a closing in the current fiscal year ?

If not, how can we adjust the accounting entries in such case ?

Is it possible for Oracle Fixed Asset to calculate negative depreciation ?

Is there any other additionnal date in the system used to start depreciation (like date placed in service)  ? If yes, can this date be changed easilly ?
