How to achieve prorated accruals for Trade Management rebates

If Offer setup is for 3 months for certain amount, is it possible to accrue amount when prorated amount is meeting the criteria when FAE runs and can the accruals be reversed next time if prorated amounts does not meet the criteria when FAE is run next time.
