TIME_WAIT after database failover

HI Community,

IHAC with the following problem: yesterday they made a database failover, and after the event, only at the weblogic level, 5 stuck thread were seen.At the end of the day at OS level a lot of TIME_WAIT socket were viewed, in the database host and MW host.

All datasource are GridLink. Products affected: OSB12c, Weblogic12c
