Repair types form page cannot save data

hi,

why Repair types form page cannot save data ?

1、log into ebs 12.2.4

2、open Depot Repair Super User->Depot Repair->Setup->Repair Types

3、modify any data e.g. modify any service types description

4、Save .then raise error 'FRM-40735: ON-UPDATE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062'

Any one who know the reason?
